Statutory guarantee: 2 (two) years statutory guarantee applies to the item you purchased at "Mi store" LLC.


If the goods are found to be defective, the consumer has the right to request the seller to eliminate the defect (repair or replace the goods free of charge, reduce the price) or withdraw from the Agreement.


Repair and replacement of goods are the primary rights of the consumer. The consumer has the right to request the seller to repair or replace the goods free of charge, unless this is impossible due to the nature of the goods or requires a disproportionate or inappropriately high cost.
The warranty service implies taking into account the conditions established by the legislation of Georgia - "The Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights". Free repair or replacement of a defective device after the sale - during the full warranty period - 2 (two) years, which includes the seller's payment of all costs (including postage, labor and materials) necessary to ensure that the goods conform to the terms of the Agreement;


Note: Under the conditions of a full 2 (two) year warranty, if the consumer discovers the defect of goods within 6 (six) months after taking possession of the goods, until the contrary is proven, it is implied that the defect existed when the goods were delivered, if, based on the nature of the goods or the nature of the defect, this is possible. In this case, the burden of proof rests with the seller. If the consumer discovers the defect of goods after 6 (six) months after taking possession of the goods, the burden of proof that the defect existed when the goods were delivered rests with the consumer.


If upon inspection of the item it is found that the item has no defects and/or it is not subject to warranty service, the company shall not bear any costs (including transportation) and all additional costs (transportation and others) shall be paid by the consumer.


Commercial guarantee:


Within the official warranty service of XIAOMI, a 2-year warranty applies to the items purchased in the branch, namely: based on the conclusion of the service center, if the item is confirmed to have a factory defect, the mentioned item is subject to a 1-year replacement or repair guarantee.


Note: If in the first year of the warranty period the item is confirmed to be defective based on the conclusion of the service center, and the company is not able to provide replacement or repair of the item, the company will return the paid amount to the consumer or the item will be replaced with another item corresponding to the paid value.


And during the last 1 year of the warranty period, only the repair warranty is valid.
Note: If in the last year of the warranty period the item is confirmed to be defective based on the conclusion of the service center and the company is not able to provide repair of the item, the company will replace the item with a new item or the item will be replaced with another item corresponding to the paid value.


If the service center confirms a factory defect with a conclusion, the item will be replaced in accordance with the rules established by the company - only if the original appearance of the product is preserved without damage and the product is presented in a complete set and undamaged box and all accessories in the box within the mentioned period;

The warranty service created by MI STORE implies taking into account the conditions set forth in the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights" established by the legislation of Georgia:


> Free repair or replacement of the damaged item (part) after the sale.
> Free and necessary repair of the device during the warranty period, which also includes repair/replacement of the spare part.


Important!


If the product you purchased is found to have a factory fault/defect within 24 (twenty-four) months, the consumer must immediately present the damaged item to the service center.


The service center reserves the right to refuse to provide warranty service for items that, upon diagnosis, are found to be damaged/failed due to violation of storage, operation and/or other conditions. The mentioned storage and maintenance terms are determined by the warranty conditions of the product manufacturing organization.


The consumer should take into account that with the delivery of the item, the risk of its accidental failure (destruction), spoilage or damage is transferred to them, even if it is sent by the carrier on the order of the consumer. The said risks shall pass to the consumer from the moment of delivery of the item to the carrier. The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the Agreement if the defect in the goods is insignificant.
