1. The warranty period for products purchased at "Mistore" LLC is 2 years from the date of sale.

2. Within 12 months of purchase, if any manufacturing defect is found, the item is subject to a replacement or repair warranty:

If the customer has a conclusion from the service center on the factory complaint and the set will be complete, namely the warranty card, receipt, box and all the accessories that come with the item.

During the last 1 year of the warranty period, only the repair warranty is valid.

Note: If in the last year of the warranty period, based on the conclusion of the service center, the item is confirmed to be defective and the company cannot provide repair of the item, in this case, the company will replace the item with a new item or the item will be replaced with another item corresponding to the paid value. 

3. One week warranty applies to accessories included in the set, namely: connecting cables and chargers.

4. The item must not have physical damage caused by falling down or physical impact, in this case the item will not be replaced with a new one.

5. The warranty is considered invalid if the data is changed, deleted or not filled in completely.

6. In case of loss of the warranty card, the user is obliged to apply to the selling organization to obtain a new warranty card, if it is possible for the user to submit such documents that confirm the fact and date of sale of the goods. (goods or cash receipts). 

7. The following accessories included in the set are not subject to warranty service: cases, bags, belts, transfer cables, chargers, adapters, mounting devices, tools, documentation attached to the products.

8. Warranty obligations and free services do not apply in the following cases:

> If the warranty period has expired

> If the customer has not presented the warranty card and receipt, the box of the item and all the accessories included in it.

> If the data on the warranty card has been changed, modified or deleted.

> If the product's unique code IMEI/SN is visible and/or not readable on the item's case and warranty card

> If the device has a mechanical defect or damage, with a high level of humidity, high or low temperature, electrical energy failure (due to voltage failure), foreign matter entering the product (objects, liquid, insects, etc.);

> If the seal on the item is damaged or loose

> If the device was used for a purpose not suitable for its intended purpose.

> If the damage is caused by exposure to viruses and similar programs, setting or changing passwords, modifying and installing standard software, using third-party software

> If the defect is caused by natural wear and tear of the products. Natural wear refers to the change in the technical and external condition caused by the operation of the device due to long-term use.

> If the product is splash-proof, water-resistant and dust-resistant at the time of purchase, although these properties are not permanent and may diminish over time with daily wear and tear, the warranty does not apply to a product damaged by water or dust. This warning also applies to those models that the manufacturer confirms are "waterproof".

> If the defect was caused by non-original accessories (battery, charger, etc.)

> If the device is damaged by another device placed next to it.

> If the device is opened and disassembled for arbitrary repair or any other purpose.

> If the operating storage rules and/or conditions are violated.

9. An item that has a screen (regarding to only TV, monitors and phones) and has damaged pixels: in the case of TV and monitors, 4 pixels or more, and in the case of telephones, 1 pixel or more, will be replaced with a new item within a week of purchase. 

10. To present the device to the service center, you need a receipt and a warranty card.

11. If it is impossible to determine the date of sale, in accordance with the legislation of Georgia on the protection of consumer rights, the warranty period will be calculated from the date of release of the goods.

12. The company reserves the right to refuse warranty service in case of violation of warranty conditions.

13. The servicing service center is obliged to satisfy the customer in accordance with the conditions specified in the warranty card.

The submitted item must be diagnosed no later than 2 weeks.

Repair of defective equipment at the service center must be performed no later than 45 working days after receipt.
